Our “HIIT Core” is a structured training style group training that will train all of your core muscles. “HIIT Core” focuses on building core strength, tone, endurance, stability/balance and coordination. This core specific group training is challenging but offers low impact so anyone at any fitness level can participate. Body weight exercises as well as Resistance training, kettle bells, ropes, and plyo metrics will be used during your training experience. This is a fun fast paced group training that will challenge you yet build core strength. Core muscle work is essential to strengthen the Body as a whole and connects the arms and the legs to a strong center of body (core). HIIT core will build a balanced and symmetrical body strong and without weaknesses or imbalances.

“Youth & Teen Sports Specific” (Middle School & High School Athletes)
This Group Training focuses on athletes who want the convenience of structured training at their fingertips with goals to increase skill, performance or to become a “starter”. Although in a group setting, your coach is also a personal trainer who will develop position & sports specific programs for any sport that is individualized for your athlete’s needs.
Our Training Class places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance, relative strength and essential muscular movement patterns. These are essential in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.
INSANITY, taught by our certified instructor is a revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. It is a predesigned interval class that requires no equipment and is easy to learn and fun to participate in!
